If you add ~ before a keyword  and go for a search, Google will provide you with the similar keywords at the bottom of the page that is related to the query. Using those keywords will help you to make your content authentic and relevant.

So insert the keywords, but the title and meta tag should sound natural enough so that people automatically click on them.
